Polyegos View

Pollonia is one of the most beautiful and picturesque villages of Milos, on the north-east side of the island. Agreat variety of activities is available from Pollonia, so that I can make the most of my holidays.

I can book a sailing trip around Milos, to visit its most impressive and secluded beaches, or around Poliegos, the small, uninhabited island right across from Pollonia.

I can book sea kayak trips, hike either towards the modern mines or the ancient town of Philacopi, go scuba diving, have a wine tasting session or simply explore the local cuisine in one of the seaside restaurants, as Pollonia is considered to be the gastronomic capital of Milos.

Finally, from Pollonia I can easily visit Kimolos, the small island right across, with which there is a regular ferry connection. Kimolos has beautiful beaches and beautiful landscapes.

Check out from 12:00 until 18:00: 50% charge of the agreed night rate.

Check out after 18:00: 100% charge of the agreed  night rate.

From the port of Adamas, I will turn right and drive along the beach. After 800m I will turn left, following the signs towards Pollonia and reach the village after about 15' (about 10km). Once I reach the center of Pollonia, I will turn right and follow the road up for about 850m and then turn left. Polyegos View is another 800m, to my right handside.

If I have arrived in Milos by plane, I will drive from the airport with general direction to Adamas and then follow the signs towards Pollonia.

The airport of Milos is 13,6 km away from Polyegos View, no more than 22'.

From the airport I can take a taxi to reach Polyegos View, or rent a car. From the port, besides those options, I could also walk take the bus to Pollonia, and then from the center of Pollonia where the bus stop is, follow the road up right, and walk about 16' (1,6km) to reach Above Pollonia Studio.

Transfer to/from the port or the airport can be arranged with additional charge and is highly recommended due to the remote location of the property.

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation:

1. 100% of the deposit is refunded for cancellations made up to 21 days prior to the arranged check in date.

2. The deposit is non refundable for cancellations made 20-0 days prior to the arranged check in date.

3. In case of earlier departure, 50% of the cost of the remaining duration of the stay will be charged.

In case of no-show, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged. The same policy applies for check in after 23:59 on the arranged check in date.

In case of cancellation due to severe weather conditions or unexpected cancellation of the guest's ferry or flight, 100% of the total amount of the reservation will be charged.

Reservation Policy

In order for a reservation to be confirmed, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the reservation must be paid. If the deposit is not paid at the latest 3 days after the reservation email, the booking will be cancelled without further warning.

The remaining amount of the reservation is to be paid off at the latest 3 days prior to the departure of the guest.

Children Policy

Children between 0 and 4 years old are considered infants and there is no extra charge for them in the price of the room. A cot is also available for them.

Children aged 5 to 18 years old are considered an extra person, and an additional charge on the rate of the room.

Pet policy:

Pets are generally welcome; however it is mandatory that the unit is notified before the reservation is made and concedes to it.

Pricing policy:

The VAT and the municipal tax are included in the price of the room. Room rates are defined by a night’s stay.

Upon reservation confirmation the client is considered to be fully aware of and in compliance with the policies of the unit.

All the above policies are in accordance to GNTO (Greek National Tourism Organisation) laws and Greek Travel Agencies Operation laws.
